1. Is it safe and can suit to any kind of stringent weather conditions?
RE: Our houses could resistant earthquake, wind, snow, etc. Standard design is base on 100km/h wind rate, seismic intensity 7 degree, roof load 30kg/m2. We can base on your local wind speed, snow load, roof loading, floor loading, and local climate to give you a customized solution.

2. Can you supply OEM service?
RE: Yes. YAJ also supply OEM service.

3. What is the payment terms?
RE: a) T/T, 50% deposit and balance before shipment
      b) 30% deposit by T/T, and balance by L/C at sight

4. How long is delivery time?
RE: Generally, the delivery time for steel structure building is about 30 days after receiving the deposit. 
The exact delivery time should depend on the quantity and confirm with both parties.

5. How to assemble?
RE: We will provide installation drawing for you which clear indicate the steps. 
Engineer will be sent to help you if necessary.

6. How can I get a quotation?
RE: 1, If you have a drawing, we can offer you a price according to your design;
if you do not have a drawing, our engineer will design some for you to confirm first, and then offer you the quotation.
